How long does grooming take?
Small dogs 90 min, medium dogs 2 hrs, large dogs up to 3 hrs. Cats around 60 min.
Do you do home visits?
Mobile grooming is available for elderly pets or stressed animals — small surcharge.
What if my pet is anxious?
Tell us in advance and we'll book a quiet slot with a single-pet handler.
Are vaccinations required?
Yes — we ask for proof of up-to-date core vaccines for every visiting pet.
Do you sell pet products?
Yes — shampoos, brushes, treats and accessories curated for KL pets.
