Do you offer free initial consultations?
First 15 minutes by phone are free. Beyond that, sit-down consults are RM150.
What's your billing model?
Fixed-fee for standard work (S&P, wills, incorporation). Hourly only for complex litigation.
How long does a conveyancing matter take?
From signing S&P to handover: typically 3 months for cash, 4–5 for loan.
Do you handle litigation?
Limited — straightforward matters yes, complex commercial disputes we refer to specialists.
Can you draft a will?
Yes — standard wills RM450, complex trust structures quoted after a consult.
