Frequently asked questions
Do you take walk-ins?
Yes, but bookings get priority — especially on weekends.
How long does a full set take?
Manicure 45 min, gel ~60 min, classic lashes ~90 min, facials 60–75 min.
Are products vegan / cruelty-free?
Yes — we use OPI Pro Spa, IBX, and lash adhesives that are latex-free.
What if I'm late?
Up to 10 minutes is fine. Beyond that we may need to shorten the service to keep the next client on time.
Can I cancel last-minute?
Free cancellations 4+ hours before. Last-minute cancels may incur a 50% no-show fee.
